The challenge
PrepWise prepares students for university entrance and professional exams. Lessons ran in classrooms and on video calls, practice papers were printed, and teachers had no way to see where each student was struggling.
The academy wanted a mobile app for daily practice and mock exams that would scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of students, and give teachers clear progress data for every class.
The solution
We designed and built Android and iOS apps with adaptive practice, timed mock exams and offline video lessons, plus a teacher dashboard and a content tool for building question banks.
Teacher dashboard
Teachers see each class’s progress by topic and assign extra practice to students who need it. Weak areas are highlighted automatically.
Daily practice and mock exams
Short daily sets adapt to each student’s level. Full mock exams run under real exam timing, with instant marking and explanations.
Question bank and content tool
The academic team writes, reviews and publishes questions in a web tool, with tagging by topic, difficulty and exam.
